Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 3-5 business days and international deliveries within 5-7 business days after the contract has been concluded. If advance payment has been agreed, the period begins on the date of your payment instruction. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If products with different delivery times have been ordered, all products will be delivered in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time.

Payment Details

When paying via SEPA direct debit, you authorize the invoice amount to be collected from the specified account by granting the relevant SEPA mandate. A pre-notification will be sent at least 5 days before the collection date. You are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the specified date.

For credit card payments, your card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, provided that the conditions of our return policy are met.

If you are not completely satisfied with your natural products order, you may return items purchased online to us by mail. Please contact our customer service team for the return address.

Shipping fees are not included in refunds unless the return is made under your legal rights, such as when the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described (e.g., incorrect honey type or wrong product sent).

Valid conditions for returns:

• Products must be returned with the original receipt or invoice
• Returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date
• Products must be unopened and in their original condition as purchased — packaging, labels, and seals must be intact

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our honey and natural food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products unless they are faulty or different from what was ordered.
