Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 7 days from the date on which:

You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, in the case of a single order for one or more products delivered in a single shipment;
You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last product, in the case of a single order for multiple products delivered separately;
You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment, in the case of a product delivered in multiple partial shipments.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) using the following contact details:

You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also submit the withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically via our website: https://www.ziyadem.de

If you choose this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs, except where the delivery method you selected exceeds the least expensive standard delivery we offer, in which case the excess costs are also excluded) no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notification. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no fees (such as transfer fees, additional transaction fees, etc.) will be charged for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, or in cases where the goods could not be delivered due to loss in transit or inability to deliver at the address (in which case you must provide us with the tracking and correspondence information obtained from the shipping company), whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the goods within the 14-day period. If the goods are not returned (delivered) to us, no refund can be made.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless special terms have been mutually agreed upon.

The buyer is only liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any compensation amount due will be claimed from the customer or deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

The delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
The delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;
The delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which cannot be delivered until at least 14 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the seller;
The delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:

The delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
The delivery of goods which, after delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other goods;
The delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if their seal has been removed after delivery.
