Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, delivery takes place within 3–5 business days domestically (Germany) and 5–7 business days internationally after the contract is concluded. If a prepayment arrangement has been made, the period begins from the date your payment instruction is issued. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If products with different delivery times are ordered, all products will be shipped in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time.

Payment Details

When paying by SEPA direct debit, by providing the relevant SEPA mandate you authorize the invoice amount to be collected from the specified account. A pre-notification will be sent at least 5 days before the collection date. You are obliged to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on the specified date.

For credit card payments, your card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
